Project Info
DSL24 is one of the most sustainable transformations in the Netherlands in the municipality Utrecht. MultiProp Vastgoed Ontwikkeling from Utrecht won the tender issued by the Municipality of Utrecht. The former Ariënsschool at 24 Duurstedelaan (former portal school in Hooggraven) has been circularly transformed into 8 modern and luxurious owner-occupied apartments. The gas-free apartments will be Plus-op-de-Meter homes with an EPC of -0.43; In addition, the project received an exceptionally high GPR score for existing buildings of no less than 9.2 for the themes of energy, environment, health, user quality and future value! Fundamentum Real Estate carried out the project management of this project on behalf of MultiProp Vastgoed Ontwikkeling from Utrecht. Delivery took place in the 4th quarter of 2019.
