In the Crosestein district in the municipality of Zeist has Multiprop Vastgoed Ontwikkeling has acquired an old office building belonging to Woongoed Zeist (formerly Seyster Veste Woningstichting) to be transformed into 15 sustainable apartments. Affordable and gas-free rental apartments are being realized here by means of construction of 1 and 2 layers that seamlessly connect with the Residential Vision of the municipality of Zeist, with 5 apartments being realized in the social rental segment, 5 in the medium-term segment and 5 in the expensive segment. After the irrevocable environmental permit in 2020, the project was sold to a private investor. Right Real Estate has sold the project in collaboration with Multiprop. Zephyr Real Estate is responsible for project management.
