Demolition-new construction of the Rooie Neighborhood in Aalsmeer
Project Info
In 2010, Woningstichting Eigen Haard submitted a request to the municipality of Aalsmeer for the demolition and new construction of the complex of 44 rental homes, also known as the Rooie Buurt, on Machineweg in Aalsmeer.
63 rental homes are being built on Machineweg. The program consists of 33 single-family homes and 17 social housing apartments and 13 medium-priced single-family homes. The houses, designed by Mulleners + Mulleners,meet today’s requirements with the characteristics of the houses that once stood there. Such as the gate between two residential blocks, roof shapes and the color of the roof tiles.
Zephyr Real Estate is responsible for the completion of this projectcommissioned by Eigen Haard.
Current standing
The delivery of the 63 rental homes is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021. Allocation of the social rental homes will start a few months before delivery via WoningNet. The medium-priced rental properties are rented through www.eigenhaard.nl.
